Innocent Niyonsaba

Mr. Niyonsaba Innocent is Librarian II at Kabale University with over 7 years of experience in managing Library Electronic Resources: access and usage of subscribed databases, Open access databases, OPAC and E-library systems. He Heads the ICT and Periodicals Department in the University Library Service and he served as a Teaching Assistant in the department of Library and Information Science for over a period of 5years.

He is a God-fearing self-driven professional with the ability to manage library resources in changing library trends.
