How do you join CUUL?

All University Libraries in Uganda, both public and licensed private, plus other licensed degree awarding institutions in Uganda are members of CUUL on payment of Membership fees of 750,000/=(Seven hundred fifty thousand shillings) per annum. Academic, research institution and special Libraries are eligible to become associate members of CUUL by completing membership application form and paying the membership fee of 450,000/= (Four hundred fifty thousand shillings) per annum.

Upon completion of the application and payment to either the bank or Treasurer, the Library will be given a receipt as a record of payment.

What are the subscription fees?

  • Degree awarding Institutions – Membership fees of 750,000/=(Seven hundred fifty thousand shillings) per annum.
  • Associate Members – membership fee of 450,000/= (Four hundred fifty thousand shillings) per annum.
