CUUL has launched a brand new website and e-learning platform on https://cuul.or.ug and https://elearning.cuul.or.ug respectively. This initiative comes timely as the world goes through a time of COVID-19 pandemic whereby most institutions have moved services online for continuous provision of the much needed information and resources to their clients.
