The African Journal of Library and Information Innovations (AJLII) is a peer-reviewed, open-access publication of the Consortium of Uganda University Libraries (CUUL). AJLII provides a continental platform for advancing library and information science research that fosters innovation, collaboration, and equity across Africa.

The journal actively supports early-career scholars through mentorship, pre-submission consultations, writing workshops, and fee waivers for CUUL conference presenters.

Editorial Process

AJLII uses a double-blind peer review system, engaging both subject specialists and methodological experts. The editorial and advisory boards comprise distinguished African scholars and global partners, including EIFL and COAR.
