Andrew has made significant contributions throughout his career, both professionally and as a
global advocate. His academic and professional background is rooted in information science,
innovation hubs management, and ICT services development and deployment. With a strong
drive for self-motivation and multitasking, he actively contributes his time and expertise to
Consortium of Uganda University Libraries, African Views Organization, Mentoring
Generation Africa (through the Global Give Back Circle and Mastercard Foundation Scholars
Programme), UN SDG Action, International Federation for Libraries and Institutions, Creative
Developers Association, Debating Society, Teso Students Development Association, and
Uganda Library and Information Science Association.
Andrew has participated in the implementation of the ADB-HEST ICT Project 2017-2019, the
Erasmus AHEAD Innovations project 2017-2021, automation projects and continuous support
for e-learning services. These experiences have further enriched his expertise in leveraging
technology for societal advancement. Andrew’s current focus areas encompass inclusive
development initiatives, UN SDG Action, ethical action, humility, empathy, integrity, poverty
eradication, and volunteerism drives.
